About the Role
We are inviting applications from passionate senior registered nurses with a desire to deliver top quality patient care within our Palliative Care services at Auckland City Hospital.
The Service is looking for a Senior Nurse to join their hospital consult team for a fixed term of 12 months. Your primary focus is the provision of specialist advice to support adult inpatients with complex needs related to a life limiting illness. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be able to demonstrate expert knowledge, advanced clinical skills, and be an excellent communicator and will work in collaboration with other Nurse Specialists and multidisciplinary team members across the continuum of care. The role encompasses clinical, teaching, leadership and research functions.
