About the Role
We are seeking applications from Registered nurses who are experienced in Mental Health to join our Care & Recovery team in the role of Keyworker.

Your key responsibilities will be:
· Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to assisting patients in achieving equitable health outcomes.

· Maintain accurate and pertinent records in accordance with regulatory standards.
· Efficiently manage caseloads to ensure optimal service delivery.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Manaaki House provides a range of mental health assessment, treatment, and support services to adult residents in the East Auckland suburbs, including Glen Innes, Mission Bay and Mount Wellington. We are based in Panmure Auckland with easy links to the motorways and a range of public transport options as well as great parking.
Care & Recovery team provides comprehensive assessment and recovery-oriented treatments for adults struggling with serious mental illness and severe psychological disorders.
Manaaki House care and Recovery Team is recovery focused and multi- disciplinary in approach. We provide specialist assessment for individuals with an existing or suspected mental illness, with associated risk and/or impairment and offer a broad range of evidence-based support options and/or interventions.

About you
We seek a passionate clinician eager to work in the role of keyworker to embrace the diverse challenges inherent in delivering recovery-focused, integrated services to the Te Toka Tumai Auckland adult community. As part of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary group of mental health experts, together we aim to ensure the delivery of tailored service outcomes to our clientele.
Qualifications & attributes needed for this role:
· Possess clinical expertise and a strong focus on patient-centred care.
· Exhibit the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, mental health service providers, government agencies, and community organizations to advance clients’ recovery.
· Hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
· Possess a Postgraduate Certificate in Mental Health.
· Have prior experience working in a Mental Health setting.
· Demonstrate a dedicated commitment to biculturalism.
