We are currently looking for a highly motivated and innovative experienced Registered Nurse for the role of Charge Nurse, Diagnostic Radiology.   The Charge Nurse, Diagnostic Radiology role operates across Auckland City Hospital, Starship Children’s Hospital and Greenlane Clinical Centre sites with the diagnostic team providing service to the Radiology services on each of these sites.  The role will work alongside the Charge Nurse Interventional radiology to deliver a world class service to patient and their whānau.

As the Charge Nurse, you will responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of clinical nursing care to patients and their whanau. On a daily basis, you will be able to demonstrate your clinical and professional leadership while leading and supporting the nursing team in all aspects of nursing care management within the department. There is the requirement to be working within the clinical environment for approximately 50% of the time. 

This is a key senior nursing role and you will be working closely with the radiology senior leadership team, Clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class health care.

This is a permanent fulltime position working 40 hrs/week, Monday to Sunday (typically Monday to Friday 0730-1600), based at Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
