Haumaru Ōrite located in the prestigious Starship Children’s Hospital, has a rare opportunity for a fulltime Consultant Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team.
Haumaru Ōrite is the largest acute child and adolescent inpatient unit in New Zealand with 18 acute beds. The unit admits from the top half of the North Island including the Midlands region, metro Auckland and Northland. In addition, the Haumaru Ōrite hosts the 3-bed Auckland metro Mother and Baby Unit. This presents an opportunity for a Psychiatrist to work across a variety of interesting sub-specialties.
Te Toka Tumai offers opportunities to develop your skills as a clinician, within an experienced and capable multi-disciplinary team. You will be working to the top of your scope with a cohort of committed, and resourceful colleagues.
