This is a 1-year fixed-term position (to cover the secondment of one of our team members), but there will be plenty of opportunity for the right candidate!
As an integral part of our team, you'll dive into the heart of daily operations, providing crucial day-to-day support to our junior doctors in training and essential hospital services. Picture yourself as the friendly face behind the scenes, ready to tackle any challenge with your unbeatable problem-solving skills and infectious "can-do" attitude.
We're looking for an individual who personifies empathy, approachability, and a dash of resilience coupled with some great communication skills, both verbal and written. If you're someone with a knack for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, adept at working under pressure, and excel in teamwork, we want to hear from you! And if you happen to be a whiz with Excel, consider it a bonus.
In this role, you'll navigate a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities with ease while delivering top-notch customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone. Previous experience in healthcare or customer service/administration is advantageous, but if you're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft applications, we can help you with the rest.

Our Office hours are between 7:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday with some rostered after-hours/weekend cover for our Locum bureau.
