The CRO has a key influence in the experience of RMOs in Women’s Health by providing operational leadership and guidance to rostering, leave, and RMO workforce issues.
You will gain a wealth of experience in leading and supporting medical colleagues, influencing the work environment and clinical governance, while also completing advanced training requirements.
