About the Role
The primary objective of the position is to support management in organising, planning, and getting ready for certification audits against the Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard NZS 8134:2021. This involves overseeing the Ngā Paerewa Standards Certification Working Group, monitoring corrective action statuses, ensuring stakeholders are informed, building relationships across services, managing and co-ordinating other quality and assurance activities such as accreditation and co-ordinating PQAA activities throughout the organisation.

About the Team/Service
The role reports to the Operations Lead, and to work closely with, and take guidance from, the Clinical Consultant.
You will work with various stakeholders comprising: Senior Managers, Clinical Leaders, and the Group Leadership team.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong communication skills - both verbal and written, with a strong background in health and disability services, experience in managing audits, excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across various stakeholders and services.
