About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to oversee transport and parking services for Health New Zealand Te Toka Tumai, Auckland.
We oversee a varied array of more than 350 vehicles, which are integral to the functions of over 23 departments / healthcare services. This fleet is indispensable in carrying out a diverse range of essential tasks, including the transportation of medical equipment across campuses, rapid response to emergencies through code red activations, and facilitating community outreach programs. The operational significance of our fleet cannot be overstated, as it serves as a backbone for the seamless delivery of vital services and support to the communities we serve.
In this role, you will be pivotal in managing all operational aspects related to transportation, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and the public.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing on and offsite parking areas, addressing any issues promptly while upholding the organization's values and strategic objectives.
