As the Toi Ora Manager, you will lead the design, implementation and management of the wellbeing and development campaign integral to fostering a well, culturally competent, and dedicated workforce. Your leadership will inspire and support the operationalisation of Toi Ora, producing a plethora of opportunities to strengthen and advance the wellbeing and development of our workforce through an in-depth understanding of the kauae runga and kauae raro knowledge systems of Toi Ora.
