We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team within the Adult Emergency Department and Clinical Decisions Unit.
As a Team Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role providing administrative support for two fast-paced departments, where no two days will be the same.
Main responsibilities include:
- Smooth running of our offices, including ordering supplies and financial requisitions
- Assistance with roster administration and managing sick calls
- Assistance with recruitment tasks including organising interviews
- Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, record keeping and report generation
- Upholding Health & Safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and maintaining documentation
- Supporting organisational goals and initiatives as needed
- Assisting with email and calendar management
- Preparation and formatting of documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed by the department.
To excel in this position, we are seeking individuals who possess:
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Collaborative team skills, with a proven ability to build and foster relationships
- Efficient meeting minute-taking skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
While previous healthcare experience would be advantageous, it is not required. We place a greater emphasis on candidates who exhibit a positive, can-do attitude and possess transferable skills applicable to the role.
