Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The Retinal Screening Service provides digital eye photography, grading of images, reporting and some clinical examinations for the large and growing number of people with diabetes covered by Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
In this role as Clerical Support, you will be responsible for processing all referrals and clinic appointments and can make complex decisions with minimal supervision. You will ensure that correct procedures are followed as we constantly thrive to deliver high standards of care to our patients.
This role would suit a bright, motivated person with a proactive approach and a high level of initiative. Accuracy and aneye for detail are vital. You will always maintain excellent rapport with both internal and external customers and deal in a helpful and respectful manner with patients.
