Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a senior nursing position available! Hone your staff management and leadership skills with this great team. Bring your expertise, your knowledge and your skills to make a difference around the way we approach our mahi to better meet patients, whānau and stakeholder needs. You need to be a master skilled in relationship building and liaising with a multi-disciplinary group.
In this role you will take responsibility for the overall coordination of patient flow within Paediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiac Surgery based primarily at Starship Children’s Hospital with some patients in Level 4 ORs. you will be coordinating the nursing staff on a daily basis and resources to care for the patients that day. This role forms part of the senior nursing team in Level 4 Cardiothoracic and ORL Operating Theatres.
