Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We are looking for an occupational therapist or Social Worker to join our Mental Health Needs Assessment Service Coordination team at Te Toka Tumai. We are based at Greenlane Clinical Centre which is right next to Cornwall Park, located in Epsom, Central Auckland.

Your assessments will be holistic, recognising wellbeing can be measured in terms of health and clinical factors, as well as social determinants and other quality of life outcomes.
You will collaborate in the design of care plans, advocate for whaiora goals, positive risk taking, and you will coordinate with NGO providers to develop solutions which allow Tangata Whaiora to live well and build up natural supports that can be sustainable outside of specialist mental health and addiction services.
As this is a community based role, a full and clean driver’s license is required.
