Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity exists at Te Toka Tumai Auckland within the Gastroenterology department. Demand for Gastroenterology outpatient and endoscopy services is consistently high and therefore we are looking for enthusiastic dynamic Senior Medical Officers to fill in our fixed term and permanent full-time vacancies. Flexibility of 0.8 FTE part time.
We are looking for a trained doctor with good general gastroenterology and endoscopy skills and there are likely to be some ERCP sessions available – EUS experience is desirable.
Gastroenterology at Te Toka Tumai Auckland provides secondary care for both inpatients and outpatients including diagnosis of a variety of upper and lower gastrointestinal conditions, therapeutic and advanced endoscopy procedures, management of IBD, ERCP and Spyglass
Te Toka Tumai, Auckland is one of the largest public healthcare providers in New Zealand with four specialist teaching hospitals: Auckland City Hospital, Greenlane Clinical Centre, National Women's Health and Starship Children's Health.
