We are currently seeking a Programme Manager, Systems and Informatics working full-time, based at Greenlane Clinical Centre. Tāmaki Makaurau.

The Northern Region Public Health Service work towards pae ora (healthy futures) for all by engaging with the wider determinants that impact on people’s health, focusing on oranga/wellbeing, prevention, protection and population-level intervention.
To do this, we partner with others to work alongside whānau, communities, and other sectors, drawing on Mātauranga Māori and data to provide health promotion, prevention and health protection at local, regional and national levels.

The National Public Health Service sits within the delivery arm of Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand.
This role is part of Northern Region Public Health Intelligence and provides support and leadership for the Systems and Informatics Team who constantly improve systems, develop processes, support upgrades, train staff and provide advice and input into regional and national public health systems. The team is excited about the future of health in New Zealand and the opportunities it will bring.

Given the importance of this role, we are seeking someone who has eight years professional expertise in leading, mentoring and coaching a multi-disciplinary team. The individual also requires in-depth technical knowledge for designing, implementing and maintaining data, processes and information systems in a healthcare setting.
You will be team player who finds real reward in motivating people and are described as being curious, flexible and who can provide solutions!
