The Team Leader for Mobility Solutions will lead the workforce and service delivery for the Mobility Solutions Service over the greater Auckland region. Mobility Solutions supports people of all ages who require an individualised and complex wheelchair and seating solution to meet their mobility and postural management needs. Previous experience working in a community health setting is desirable. We are looking for a leader who can engage staff, liaise with stakeholders, is flexible and resilient. As an ideal candidate, you will have relevant experience in a health care setting and a track record of accomplished leadership. Your communication skills along with proficient operational management skills are imperative to be successful in this role.
The Mobility Service sits within Adult Community Services under the Adult Community & Long Term Conditions directorate. Adult Community Services include Allied Health, Community Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care, Needs Assessment and Service Co-ordination, Specialist Nursing and District Nursing.
